This dish helps me doting occurring approaching a Cool winters day without visceral too heavy. It was inspired by a dish from my favorite vegetarian cookbook. I eat it gone rice and chicken for dinner or a piece of brown bread for lunch.

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 small carrot, diced
  5. 1 stalk celery, diced
  6. salt and auditorium showground black pepper
  7. u00be pound broccoli - cut into florets, stems peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  8. 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  9. 1 tablespoon chopped green olives
  10. 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  11. u00bc cup crumbled goat cheese
  12. u00bc cup Parmesan cheese

The instruction how to make Broccoli and Tomato Bake

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on top of higher than medium heat. go to the onion and garlic; cook and move around until aromatic, nearly 3 minutes. toss around in the carrots and celery, season behind salt and pepper, and continue cooking until the vegetables begin to soften, very nearly 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place a steamer complement into a saucepan, and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Cover, and bring the water to a boil greater than high heat.   6. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese begins to brown, nearly 20 minutes.
