This dish helps me doting occurring approaching a Cool winters day without visceral too heavy. It was inspired by a dish from my favorite vegetarian cookbook. I eat it gone rice and chicken for dinner or a piece of brown bread for lunch.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced

- 1 small carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced

- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped green olives
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- u00bc cup crumbled goat cheese
- u00bc cup Parmesan cheese
The instruction how to make Broccoli and Tomato Bake
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on top of higher than medium heat. go to the onion and garlic; cook and move around until aromatic, nearly 3 minutes. toss around in the carrots and celery, season behind salt and pepper, and continue cooking until the vegetables begin to soften, very nearly 5 minutes.
